ABOUTYOURROLE职位描述 -SupportmanagertobuildETEsupplychainplanningstrategyandlinkupfunctionstowardsthecompanyobjectives-Faciliatepeakseasonmanagementprocesswithproductionsitesglobally-Playingakeyroletosupportkeyprogramslaunchfromsupplychainperspective-Drivecapacitynetworking-Driveactionstoalignwithinventorystrategy-Leadsitesimprovementprojectstosupportbusinessgrowthandserviceimprovement YOURRESPONSIBILITIESWILLINCLUDE工作职责: -Interfacingwithvariousfunctions(includingOperations,Commercial,CS,GPD,IT,etc..),acrossregionstomapcurrentbusinessprocessandimplementstrategicinitiativesandimprovementprograms.-Monitoringserviceandinventoryperformance,adjustexecutionplansforachieveingcompanyobjectives.-LeveragingandstandardizebestpracticesacrossglobalRBISmanufacturingsites.-DevelopmentoftoolsandprocessestoelevateplanningandschedulingcapabilitiesandtoolsacrossRBISmanufacturingsitesglobally.-SupporttheteamtomanageandresolvesupplychaincrisisgloballyWHATWEWILLBELOOKINGFORINYOU职位要求: -5yearsexperienceinaSupplyChain,Planningpositionforaglobalfirm.-Abilitytoworkacrossfunctionsgloballyinahighlymatrixedorganization.-Abilitytoworkunderandadheretostricttimeliness-ERPsystemexperienceispreferred(e.g.Oracle,SAP,etc.).-Solidanalyticalskillsandstrongcomputerskills,especiallywithMicrosoftOfficesuite(Excel/Macro).-Bachelor’sDegreeinSupplyChainorrelatedTechnicalfield.-GoodpresentationandwrittenskillsinEnglish.-Projectmanagementexperienceisaplus
